GENTLE YOGA STRETCH 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
A SIMPLE SERIES OF ASANAS AND  YOGA INSPIRED STRETCHES WILL HELP YOU SLOW DOWN, FOCUS ON YOUR BREATHING, RECONNECT WITH YOUR BODY,  AND WORK OUT THE KINKS.  SET TO THE QUIET BACKDROP OF BEAUTIFULLY RELAXING MUSIC, YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT HOW A FEW SLOW, INTENTIONAL MOVEMENTS, AND JUST A FEW QUIET MOMENTS, CAN MAKE YOU FEEL SO GOOD!  WE SUGGEST CLOSING WITH A SIMPLE MEDITATION FILLED WITH POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS.
